Vintanaro Global Shipping Policy

At Vintanaro, we are proud to be an Indian brand delivering our collections to customers worldwide. This policy outlines our order fulfillment process, shipping costs, and delivery estimates for both domestic (India) and international shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian national holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We utilize trusted national courier partners to ensure timely delivery across India.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Courier (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.).

  • Estimated Transit Time (After Processing): 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination (metro cities typically faster than remote areas).

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping: Available for all orders.

  • Taxes: All prices listed on the Vintanaro website for domestic orders are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The final price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

 

3. International Shipping (Global Shipments)

Vintanaro offers worldwide shipping using reliable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or India Post EMS).

  • Shipping Method: International Standard or Express (options presented at checkout).

  • Estimated Transit Time (After Processing):

    • Standard: 10-21 Business Days

    • Express: 5-10 Business Days

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, the shipping method selected, and the destination country.

  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes (CRITICAL NOTE):

    • The prices listed for international orders on our website do not include any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (VAT/GST) imposed by the destination country.

    • Vintanaro is not responsible for these charges. The customer is the importer of record and is entirely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by their country's customs office.

    • Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to Vintanaro, in which case the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and may only be eligible for a refund minus these expenses.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions and Issues

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses, but only via slower, less trackable services (e.g., India Post EMS) and at the customer's risk.

  • Delivery Issues (Damages/Loss):

    • Damages: Vintanaro is not liable for products damaged or lost by the carrier during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and contact us immediately so we can assist.

    • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check all possible delivery locations. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, contact us at support@vintanaro.com for assistance with initiating a courier investigation.
