VINTANARO Refund and Return Policy

At VINTANARO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, with all original tags, user manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team via email at support@vintanaro.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 6292 020 079.

  2. Provide Details: Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., defective product, or received the wrong item).

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your package back, including the return shipping address.

    • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped), VINTANARO will bear the cost of reverse pickup or will reimburse you for the return shipping costs (up to a fixed amount, if applicable).

  • All Other Returns (e.g., size, change of mind): For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Delay: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again, then contact your bank/credit card company. If the issue persists, please contact us.

 

6. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the return process), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards.

 

Please Note: VINTANARO reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above terms.
